Direct the team by orienting and training staff according to standard operating procedures, while participating in the creation of new protocols and aligning them with other area managers. Manage the expense budget by monitoring deviations and developing action plans to correct distortions and anomalies. Serve as the safety guardian for your team, ensuring compliance with norms and proper use of PPE to prevent accidents. Track sector demand to align staff quantities with monthly needs regarding vacations, leave, and terminations. Own the logistics process at the CD, enforcing standards, managing productivity, and proposing actions to guarantee product shipments and customer service excellence. Propose and generate changes to improve operational and management processes. Full-time night shift (20:00 to 05:12) with availability flexibility. Located in Barreiro, BH/MG.
