COORDENADOR DE HOTELARIA

Plan, organize, and control administrative activities for hygiene, laundry, telephony, and environmental management to maintain quality standards. Coordinate concurrent and terminal cleaning across all hospital units, monitoring schedules with the Governance Supervisor to minimize infection risks. Establish and track dirty laundry collection routines and linen production with the Laundry Supervisor to ensure adequate unit supply. Monitor telephony activities, updating phone agendas and communicating with maintenance teams to guarantee service quality. Suggest changes to norms and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce input costs. Conduct training for staff and leaders on standards and procedures, and promote team meetings for information dissemination and integration. Share unit statistical data in meetings with the Administrative Division Management. Monitor Environmental Technician activities to support ISSO 14000 implementation and participate in the solid waste management committee. Attend Quality, PGRSS, Risk, and other requested meetings.
