Lead faculty and preceptor management, overseeing recruitment, selection, allocation, performance tracking, feedback, and continuous training to ensure alignment with the pedagogical proposal. Preside over the Structuring Teaching Core (NDE), organizing the semester action plan and driving course evolution. Manage Academic Performance (GDA) by monitoring indicators, student and faculty results, and action plans. Monitor student performance through internal assessments, Progress Tests, and the National Medical Education Evaluation Exam (ENAMED), implementing actions to improve academic and clinical outcomes. Coordinate the organization, supervision, and qualification of the medical internship, promoting excellence in practical training and integration with clinical fields. Ensure the execution, update, and quality of the Course Pedagogical Project (PPC), validating student manuals and adhering to National Curricular Guidelines, Ministry of Education, and INEP requirements. Partner with corporate areas to implement institutional initiatives, improving continuous innovation and academic alignment. Manage relationships with the health network, practice fields, and assistance institutions to ensure quality in practical training and teaching-service integration. Provide academic support to students, aligning them with faculty and the institution. Manage the course budget and resources strategically, tracking costs, contracts, faculty payroll, and financial optimization opportunities. Requires a mandatory bachelor's or specialization in medicine, essential experience in course coordination, and a current Lattes curriculum. Full-time 30-hour weekly schedule.
