Coordinate warehouse operations by directing team movements, defining performance metrics with management, and planning resource dimensions for daily activities. Identify and suggest process improvements, ensuring accurate reporting on cargo entry/exit, pallet movement, and storage levels to leadership and clients. Maintain a 5S-organized workspace while implementing corrective actions for safety deviations and ensuring compliance with SSMA, quality, and company policies. Report unsafe conditions immediately and lead team training initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, plus experience in logistics and team leadership. Must reside in or have easy access to Extrema/MG.
