COORDENADOR CURSO II - ODONTOLOGIA - ESTÁCIO LOURDES

Support students in meeting their academic and career goals by providing daily guidance on course selection and resolving daily challenges, while collaborating with faculty to improve teaching processes and ensure timely completion of academic milestones. Manage the hiring and firing of professors, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional development. Ensure adherence to academic deadlines, supervise research and leveling activities, and partner with the Academic Management to update the Course Pedagogical Project. Receive and manage commissions from the Ministry of Education for authorization, recognition, and renewal processes, while providing data for MEC and INEP evaluations. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Dentistry, with a preference for candidates with teaching and management experience.
