Coordinate course II students by assisting with daily academic needs, including course selection and problem resolution, while fostering a relationship that supports their educational and career goals. Manage the academic team by collaborating with instructors to improve teaching processes, oversee hiring and performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure adherence to academic deadlines, supervise research and leveling activities, and co-author the course pedagogical project with the Academic Management team. Handle regulatory processes with the Ministry of Education, including authorization renewals, data collection for school censuses, and maintaining high performance averages.
