Facilitate student academic goals by guiding them on course selection and daily challenges while building strong relationships to reinforce the brand. Collaborate with faculty to improve teaching processes, manage hiring and performance evaluations, and provide candid feedback for professional development. Ensure adherence to academic deadlines, supervise research and leveling activities, and co-author the course pedagogical project with the Academic Management team. Manage relationships with government bodies for MEC authorization and INEP census data, ensuring high performance in recognition processes. Requires a Master's or PhD with a mandatory Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Microsoft Teams proficiency, and an updated Lattes curriculum.
