COORDENADOR CURSO II - FARMÁCIA - ESTÁCIO ILHA DO GOVERNADOR

Coordinate course II operations by assisting students with daily academic challenges, including course selection and career goal alignment, while fostering strong relationships to ensure educational success. Manage faculty hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development in partnership with the Academic Management, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching quality and meeting academic deadlines. Supervise research and leveling activities, collaborate on updating the Course Pedagogical Project, and handle MEC commissions for authorization and renewal processes. Provide data for MEC and INEP evaluations. Requires a Master's or PhD with a mandatory Pharmacy degree, Microsoft Teams proficiency, and an updated Lattes curriculum. Full-time role with mandatory unit availability; inclusive hiring for PCDs.
