Conduct student mentorship by assisting with course selection and daily academic demands to support educational and career goals. Collaborate with faculty to improve teaching processes, manage hiring and performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to academic deadlines. Supervise research and leveling activities while partnering with the Academic Management to update the pedagogical project. Receive and manage commissions from the Ministry of Education for course authorization and renewal, providing data for MEC and INEP evaluations. Maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule from 9am to 6pm with flexible options, working in a hybrid model with opportunities for internal growth.
