Coordenador(A) Regulação de OPME

Monitor daily activities of OPME team members, oversee daily reports, and manage monthly closures for Hapvida and Acquired units. Handle administrative routines including leave management, attendance disputes, and activity substitutions. Control monthly and annual quotas while conducting process analysis and audits. Support sector operations by authorizing and verifying requests, dispatching processes to management, and tracking routines for Sac, NIP, and backlog materials. Populate the Stratws indicator tool and participate in internal improvement and innovation processes. Requires a complete nursing degree and active Coren.
