Coordinate grain shipment and storage processes, aligning matrix and unit operations to meet contract deadlines and service levels while controlling operational costs. Lead the logistics team to ensure performance and development, managing the dispatch and shipment plan for key clients. Interface with internal sales, operations, and commercial areas to align logistics needs with operational demand. Create, monitor, and analyze logistics KPIs such as service levels, freight costs, and cycle times to drive continuous improvement through monthly performance reviews. Manage the logistics budget to promote operational efficiency and waste reduction. Requires a university degree in logistics planning, analytical skills using Power BI and Excel, knowledge of transport regulations, and people management experience.
