Job Summary
Conduct network management and credentialing operations by prospecting, selecting, and onboarding healthcare providers while managing contract negotiations and remuneration models. Analyze technical data to dimension the service network, identify coverage gaps, and ensure alignment with product scope. Monitor regulatory compliance with ANS standards, verify mandatory documentation, and track performance KPIs regarding quality, satisfaction, and cost. Establish clear governance with providers to resolve conflicts and build collaborative relationships. Requires senior-level health operator experience, strong negotiation skills, and prior knowledge of the Curitiba market.
Required Qualifications
- Formação Superior completa
- Experiência sólida como Sênior ou em cargos de Gestão em Operadoras de Saúde ou grandes grupos hospitalares
- Conhecimento Regional: Necessário conhecimento prévio do mercado de saúde de Curitiba e região
- Perfil Negociador: Habilidade técnica em negociação e ótimo relacionamento interpessoal
- Domínio Técnico: Conhecimento profundo das regras da ANS e tabelas de prestadores
