Job Summary
Engage the section, sales team, and customers while managing linear inventory and driving store-level sales results. Define and execute strategic and operational actions with the Commercial Manager to meet sales targets and ensure client service compliance. Lead floor sales teams, monitor individual seller performance, and guarantee adherence to commercial policies and budget utilization. Work weekends and holidays as required.
