Job Summary
Maintain inventory records by performing daily physical counts, comparing them to system data, and investigating discrepancies. Check in delivery drivers, inspect returning trailers, and verify or re-enter damaged and spoiled products. Repack produce efficiently to reduce spoilage and lost inventory while removing poor-quality items. Work in a dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse environment, requiring the ability to lift over 20 lbs, bend, twist, and climb. Use steel-toe shoes and possess experience in inventory control or accounting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Experience in accounting, accounting administrative support, inventory control, or a related area
- Comfortable with keyboarding and filing
- Ability to work in a dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse environment
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, reach above shoulder level, stand, crawl, and climb
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry more than 20 lbs
- Steel-toe shoes or boots
