Job Summary
HR Coordinator role focused on administrative and clerical support within Human Resources. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining filing systems, preparing and typing office correspondence, routing mail, ordering and tracking HR office supplies, answering phones and recording messages, creating new employee personnel files, assisting walk-in candidates with application procedures, maintaining accessible application spaces, answering employee and management questions about HR programs and guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of records, maintaining accurate employee records (e.g., interview documents, I-9s), following policies, welcoming guests, and supporting team goals. Also responsible for ensuring quality standards, data entry in computers/POS systems, and performing other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, and no supervisory experience. License or Certification: None.
