Job Summary

Coordinate participant intake, documentation collection, and distribution for program and compliance requirements. Manage employee training tracking, staff enrollments on eVero, and Electronic Visit Verification records. Develop operational reports, Power BI dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership review. Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials while acting as a liaison between employees, families, and external vendors. Monitor compliance data, track outstanding items, and assist with onboarding activities including interviews and orientations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement processes and support events like resource fairs. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of administrative experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in administrative experience
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge of OPWDD services and supports
  • Excellent written, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Must have the ability to self-initiate, organize, and problem solve tasks
  • Must be able to manage multiple assigned tasks and meet deadlines
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
