Job Summary
Install and startup new cooling towers, including removing fill media, replacing hot decks, and coating basins. Diagnose and repair problems for cooling towers, fluid coolers, and HVAC equipment at large-scale commercial and industrial facilities. Perform maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on complex systems while working from ladders, man-lifts, and scaffolding. Read schematics, document work orders and daily time sheets, and manage parts ordering for repairs. Maintain a safe working environment and communicate with customers to address complaints. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e., Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid Driver's License
- No major traffic violations for the previous 5 years
- Must pass TAPS background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to perform job duties at required heights
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours
- Flexibility to travel
