Primarily responsible for manually stacking boxes on pallets from the production line, following a specific pattern with straight alignment and label facing out, ensuring lot numbers are visible; loads ice-packed poultry on trucks as needed; potential for other duties as assigned; requires ability to lift 50 lbs, work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts, and adherence to PPE and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required
- Ability to work in cold environments (45oF, 4oC)
