Cooler Inventory/Cooler Loadout

Job Summary
Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to analyze item performance and reconcile production with Ross software against physical counts. Perform inventory adjustments, conduct cycle counts, and visually validate inventory by day, date, and location to ensure accuracy. Update the daily inventory tracker, report status in OEE and shift meetings, and partner with Shipping and Production teams to verify inventory for order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requires at least one year of inventory control experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior inventory control experience with a minimum one (1) year inventory management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform basic math and accurately record data
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending
- Ability to routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds

- Refrigerated warehouse or production/manufacturing experience
