Job Summary
Work the floor alongside staff to set an example, promote a positive environment, and stay in touch with employees and customers. Maintain a professional attitude while driving sales and profits through smart buying, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and salesmanship. Refresh and restock a broad selection of products, ensuring displays remain current. Engage in standing or walking 6-8 hours at a time, including receiving and stocking deliveries. Schedule may entail nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass a required criminal background check and be 18 or older.

- Continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytic, communication, and presentation skills

- Must be 18 or older
