Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Kitchen Stuff Plus, you will be an ambassador representing the store and company by delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and supporting store goals. You will handle cash transactions, basic shipping and receiving, maintain knowledge of product selection and promotions, and adhere to health and safety policies. You’ll work as part of a team to create a welcoming in-store and online shopping experience, assisting customers with product information, location, features, benefits, and current promotions while supporting store maintenance and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Ladder use up to 10 feet
- Stand/walk for 8 hours
- Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends
- Work additional shifts during peak holiday season
