Follow dietary orders and recipes while operating kitchen equipment and promoting food sanitation practices. Adhere to state, federal, and facility dietary policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Facilitate teamwork and demonstrate excellent customer service skills when communicating with families, guests, and co-workers. Maintain a high standard of ethics and dependability in a skilled nursing and assisted living environment. Work weekends and some holidays, including every other weekend, to support mealtime for residents and guests.
