Job Summary
Cooks are responsible for basic food preparation and operating a specific station, adhering to departmental and brand policies. Essential duties include preparing meals according to portion and quality standards, controlling food usage to minimize waste, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Qualifications include at least one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, strong customer service skills, and working knowledge of kitchen equipment. SafeServe certification and tips training are advantageous. Cooks must be able to work varied shifts, communicate effectively in English, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
