Job Summary
Prepare food to Hotshots' quality and presentation standards while keeping your station clean, stocked, and efficient. Work with your team to manage high-volume service and ensure food safety and portion control at all times. Take pride in every plate that leaves the window. This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to stay cool under pressure, and flexibility for the fast-paced, team-focused kitchen environment.
