Job Summary
Prep all product, cook proteins, and build bowls/plates according to company standards. Clean workstations, grills, and BOH areas while organizing inventory and performing dishwashing duties. Communicate special orders and modifications to the front-of-house team to ensure proper execution during peak times. Accurately input orders into the POS system, expedite meals, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner. Handle guest complaints, resolve substitutions, and promote incentive programs while maintaining professional rapport with customers. Adhere to all safety, cash handling, and attendance procedures. Full-time role with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completes the company approved Train-The-Trainer certification course
- Responsible for delivering training to team members as directed
- Accountable for knowing and understanding company standards and policies
- Quickly handles and resolves guest complaints, when necessary, during assigned shift
- Adheres to all cash handling guidelines and procedures
- Adheres to company injury illness prevention safety program
- Ability to build rapport with guests and establishes professional relationship with loyal customers
- Knowledge of all menu items and able to effectively communicate menu ingredients and allergies to guests
