Job Summary
Prepare workstations, cook according to house specifications, maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen, stock and rotate products, check ingredient quality, maintain inventory knowledge, and plate dishes. Collaborate with front-of-house team to deliver quality products in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have prior cook experience, operate kitchen equipment proficiently, adhere to sanitation procedures, demonstrate teamwork and strong communication, stay organized, multitask effectively, and remain calm under peak times.
