Cooks and Dietary Aides Nursing Home Experience

Prepare food according to standardized recipes, serving meals or preparing for delivery while ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and quality control. Clean kitchens after preparation and serving, store or discard excess food safely, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist in preparing meals, beverages, and snacks; deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms; assemble resident meal trays; and work in the dish room and pot sink. Sweep, mop, dispose of trash and recyclables, and follow proper cleaning techniques for all kitchen equipment and work areas. Perform other job-related duties as required. Full-time and part-time shifts available with day and evening options, alternating weekends, and holidays.
