Job Summary
Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store, then deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal fans in a timely and safe fashion. Provide positive customer service through in-person or phone interactions while using the company delivery app to update order status. When not on the road, welcome bakery guests, assist with preparing and packaging orders, help bake and package treats, operate the register, and keep the facility clean and stocked. Navigate efficiently using GPS while following safe driving practices and working closely with the team to keep orders moving quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements
- Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements
- Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications
- Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Ability to drive safely for extended periods throughout a shift
- Ability to frequently enter and exit a vehicle
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working inside the bakery
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport orders weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, and carry bakery products
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions while making deliveries
- Ability to work around ovens, refrigeration equipment, and moderate bakery noise levels
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and leadership

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
