Job Summary
As a member of the Cookie Crew at Insomnia Cookies, you will greet guests, take orders, and provide a warm customer experience. Your responsibilities will include baking cookies, ensuring accurate order packaging, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the bakery's cleanliness. To succeed in this role, strong communication and organizational skills are important, along with a customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Legally eligible to work in the United States

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
