Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, and bake cookies and ice cream to perfection while ensuring fast, warm, and correct delivery packaging. Handle cash and payments accurately, maintain the bakery through cleaning and sanitizing, and assist customers with menu items and order clarifications. This role requires at least six months of customer service experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to lift 40 lb boxes. You must be 18 or older, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
