Job Summary
As a Cookie Crew member at Insomnia Cookies in Portland, ME, you are the front-of-store contact for customers and also bake warm, delicious cookies. You greet guests, take and confirm orders, help customers understand the menu, ensure accuracy, and deliver fast, warm orders. You’ll bake cookies, package delivery orders, handle cash with accuracy, and maintain a clean bakery environment. The role includes working nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 40 lb. Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
