Job Summary
Welcome guests, greet them with genuine hospitality, and take their orders according to procedure. Gently bake cookies, brownies, and ice cream to perfection, then package delivery orders accurately. Operate the register to process transactions and handle cash with no shortages. Keep the bakery clean, stocked, and food-safe while jumping in wherever the team needs help. Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed. This role requires availability during evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and lift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle bakery equipment, food products, and a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including around ovens, freezers, and refrigeration units
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Ability to read order screens, recipes, and safety information
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment

- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
