Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, and bake cookies, brownies, and ice cream to quality standards while managing the bakery floor. Package delivery orders accurately, process transactions at the register, and maintain a clean, food-safe environment. Resolve guest concerns with empathy and jump in wherever the team needs support, whether restocking supplies or keeping the line moving. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in our new Upper Dublin, PA location. You will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with extended standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

- Stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequently reach, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and lift
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Use hands and fingers to handle bakery equipment, food products, and a point-of-sale system
- Work in environments with varying temperatures, including around ovens, freezers, and refrigeration units
- Safely operate kitchen equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Read order screens, recipes, and safety information
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
- Availability during peak business hours (evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
