Job Summary
Welcome guests, greet them with genuine hospitality, and take their orders according to procedure. Gently bake cookies, brownies, and ice cream to perfection, then package warm delivery orders accurately. Operate the register to process transactions, handle cash with precision, and resolve guest concerns with empathy. Keep the bakery clean, stocked, and food-safe while jumping in wherever the team needs support. Work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

- Frequently reach, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and lift

- Use hands and fingers to handle bakery equipment, food products, and a point-of-sale system
- Work in environments with varying temperatures, including around ovens, freezers, and refrigeration units
- Safely operate kitchen equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Read order screens, recipes, and safety information
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
- Availability during peak business hours (evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
