Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions while baking cookies and scooping ice cream. Package delivery orders accurately, handle cash payments, and maintain bakery cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure warm, fast service with a personable demeanor, working nights, weekends, and holidays. Lift up to 40 lb boxes of product. Join the Cookie Crew at our UNC-Asheville store to deliver warm, delicious cookies to customers and fans globally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
