Job Summary
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production schedules, ensuring they are served on time. Chop, slice, measure, and portion ingredients while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines, monitor food quality and temperatures, and assist with stocking inventory and receiving deliveries. Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas while working collaboratively with the kitchen team. This full-time role in Plano, TX requires rotating weekend coverage from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and includes a weekly pay frequency of $18.00–$19.00 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
