Job Summary
Operate the evaporator to grind and cook animal byproduct and deadstock, using computer controls to monitor motor loads and speeds. Ensure product quality and CGMP/5S compliance through temperature records, raw-material inspections, and diligent documentation of operations. Clean and maintain work areas (grease lines, floors, machinery), and perform routine duties such as notifying shift managers of issues, attending safety meetings, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as needed and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
