Job Summary
Cook position at Zaxby’s (Lynn Haven, FL). Responsible for preparing and assembling menu items to company standards, receiving/stocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring timely guest service. Must be able to work 16+ years old, 32–40 hours/week, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, and following safety procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including ladders
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Maintain safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment (knives, fryers, etc.)
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Receive and stock inventory
- Complete tasks with a sense of urgency
- Work in a hot/cold environment with exposure to allergens
- Perform other duties as assigned
