Job Summary
Wingstop restaurant cook responsible for preparing Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings and Fries to Wingstop standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. Key duties include coordinating cooking times with timers, seasoning and saucing ingredients, counting and portioning wings and fries, maintaining fryer oil and equipment safety, keeping the kitchen clean throughout the shift, practicing proper hygiene and sanitation, and communicating any safety or sanitation issues to management. Must be 18+ with restaurant experience and a strong customer-service mindset, able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain regular attendance. Represents the brand professionally and contributes to kitchen efficiency and quality.
