Job Summary
Prepare Wingstop menu items including Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Strips and Fries; ensure adherence to Wingstop standards, hygiene, and sanitation procedures; coordinate cooking times with timers; sauce, season, and package orders; maintain clean and safe kitchen; notify Manager on Duty of safety or sanitation issues; support other employees and follow directions from Manager or Supervisor; uphold brand and departmental professionalism; contribute ideas to improve efficiency while delivering a positive Wingstop experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Restaurant industry experience
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to maintain calm, professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow directions from Manager or Supervisor
- Knowledge of safe cooking procedures and food handling practices
- Ability to count and manage order components (Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Strips, Fries)
- Ability to operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently
- Team-oriented and able to assist other employees as needed
