Job Summary
Plan cooking schedules, prepare food using recipes and weights and measures, and ensure proper tasting and sanitation compliance. Observe food preparation processes, attend mandatory in-service programs, and assist in training new staff. Requires experience in healthcare quantity cooking, with a behavioral health background preferred. ServSafe certification is an asset. Springfield Hospital offers a competitive base rate of $18.00 to $22.50 per hour for this part-time role.
