Job Summary
Prepare and cook meals following menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring food is served hot, fresh, and on time. Collaborate with the dining team to create a positive experience for residents while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Requires 3-5 years of cooking experience in healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant settings. Full-time role with competitive pay up to $23 an hour, including health, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay. Located at 200 Veterans Lane, Doylestown, PA, with schedules ranging from 5:30am-1:30pm or 10am-6:30pm Monday through Friday, with E/O weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of cooking experience
- Knowledge of food safety & sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing needs
- Passion for serving seniors with care and creativity
- Must be able to work 5:30am-1:30pm or 10am-6:pm Monday-Friday E/O weekend
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace
- Must be able to receive a mandatory influenza vaccine
