Prepare and serve all food items and meals in accordance with approved menus, recipes, and sanitary regulations while ensuring high quality and palatability. Inspect special diet requests, manage food substitutions, and maintain clean storage areas with proper labeling of leftovers. Assist in purchasing, inventory management, and stock level maintenance for staples and non-staples. Open or close the kitchen, record cooler and freezer temperatures, and coordinate meal timing to preserve food quality. Display tact and friendliness with residents, families, and visitors, and provide support during property tours. Obtain and maintain a valid Serv Safe Manager's Certificate and Food Handler's permit.
