Job Summary
Prepare appetizing, nourishing meals for 30 residents at StoneBridge Senior Living in Olney, IL, adhering to standardized recipes and daily nutritional requirements. Handle food storage, operate preparation equipment, and maintain supplies while communicating with supervisors to ensure resident satisfaction. Work weekends from 6a-2p, rotating between Saturdays and Sundays, with duties including tray assembly, cleaning, and accommodating special dietary needs. One year of institutional cooking experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OLNEY, IL
- One (1) year experience as a cook in an institutional food service setting preferred
- Basic understanding of nutrition and therapeutic diets
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Understanding of person-centered care
- Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations
