Job Summary
Prepare and cook meals following hospital recipes and dietary guidelines while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices. This role requires previous kitchen experience, strong multitasking skills, and flexibility with rotating weekends and holidays. Shifts typically end before dinner service, with options such as 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. You will nourish patients, visitors, and staff at Vail Health's 56-bed hospital in Vail.
