Job Summary
Hospitality-focused Cook in a senior living community performing full-scope production cooking, ensuring food quality, sanitation, and operational standards. Responsibilities include producing and serving meals, maintaining menu cycle programs compliant with dietary criteria, applying cooking techniques with speed/accuracy, assisting with ware washing, visiting residents to evaluate food service, and contributing to a warm, marketable community environment. Must have a high school diploma; culinary degree preferred; minimum of one year restaurant/senior living cooking experience; part-time schedule (up to 30 hours/week) with days/evenings and alternating weekends/holidays.
