Cook - Upscale European/Mediterranean Cafe

Prep and cook foods of exceptional quality for our members and their guests, ensuring timely service in line with The Quin standards and high member satisfaction. Cook across multiple cold and hot stations, assist with preparation, presentation, and storage of all food items, and maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and current specials. Perform opening and closing duties, keep stations clean and organized, assist teammates, communicate effectively with management, restock and alert for shortages, and uphold health, safety, and training standards. Also participate in training new members and assist in addressing member complaints regarding food quality and service.
