Job Summary
Cooks at Triple Shift Entertainment are responsible for following recipes, preparing garnishes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards. Key responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, presenting final dishes, managing station inventory levels, and accommodating guest requests. Candidates are expected to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and handle heavy ingredients. A high school diploma, relevant experience, and the ability to work varied hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- One to two years’ experience or training in-house at a similar restaurant or concept
- Knowledge of and certification within 180 days in local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws
- Adherence to Knife Handling Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a similar restaurant or food concept
