Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using recipes according to planned menus and dietary guidelines. Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies, while properly storing food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste. Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations, and maintain cleanliness in work areas. Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas, utilizing technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a dining experience. Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
