Prepare food, cook, clean, and manage inventory to ensure smooth and safe kitchen operations. Before the end of your shift, verify that everything is completely stocked, dishes are clean, and all items are in order prior to the 2nd shift's arrival. First shift hours typically run from 9am to 5pm, though the end time may vary between 5pm and 6pm. We pay bi-weekly, every other Thursday.
